While working at AutoPoint, moving our digital advertising products forward took a large leap in technological advancement and data to employ under multiple brands. I took charge to lead this initiative and partnered with our BI Analyst and Product Managers for requirements and a talented front-end developer to bring this product enhancement to life. We utilized a new data set provided through third-party services and built a solid HTML5 banner ad campaign for our automotive sales marketing products.
We were able to implement many variable aspects of the data to create a unique advertisement specific to vehicle, dealer and customer interest. The 3 banner ad sizes and responsive landing page are suited to each of the 5 touch points in a buyer’s purchase cycle. While still a MVP solution to launch from, it is highly customizable to the dealer enrollment for offer types, special incentives, assortment of backgrounds, colors, fonts and functionality to build from. Furthermore, by clearly separating out the structure, presentation and content we were able to provide a solid product foundation the design team can customize and modify as needed for CSS transitions/animations, video, and specific brand adjustments.
